We would like to announce the successful completion of our maiden Matrix Energy Group Graduate Trainee Program.
The journey began with a recruitment process that received an estimated total of 22,000 applicants that were shortlisted to 18 candidates.
The dedication the selected candidates showed over the space of 2 months of the training exercise was unimaginable and there is no doubt that they will strive and unlock new potential at Matrix Energy Group.
In attendance; Chief Operating Officer, Mr Loqman Salam – Alada, Chief Marketing Officer Ms Toyin Showunmi, Miss Hadijat Yusuf, HR Department Lead on Training and Recruitment, Mr Loqman Obileye, Lead Consultant BKO Citadel, Engineer Raphael Biu, Group Head Haulage and Fleet Management Unit and Mr Francis Ibe, Terminal Manager.
A big thank you to all Matrix Departmental Head’s, the HR Department and Team BKO Citadel for the invaluable lessons passed on to the trainees.
