Olusegun is a graduate of Accounting and holds an MBA (Finance) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), with professional experience in Auditing, Banking, Consulting, and Hospitality.

He has over 15 years of cognate experience in the banking industry, specializing in Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Controls. In addition, he has attended a wide range of Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management courses.

He is primarily responsible for overseeing compliance within an organization and establishing the standard procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations.
